What is Wearsome's Exchange policy? How does it work?

We're delighted to offer exchanges for unworn items within the first 48 hours after delivery. Beyond this period, no additional actions can be initiated. We aim to minimize waste and resource consumption associated with returns and exchanges. Unlike mass production, we maintain limited stock, preserving uniqueness and reducing waste. This is one of the main reasons that we don't offer returns.  Exchange is only allowed if there is a size issue or in the event of a defective product. You have the option to select the appropriate size, and if it's unavailable on our website, we will provide you with the credit voucher. 

The following EXCEPTIONS & RULES apply to our Exchange Policy:

All items to be Exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Fee: For all exchanges, a nominal exchange fee of Rs. 99 will be charged. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the exchange.

  2. We provide customers a store credit in the form of a credit voucher worth the price of the product.
  3. The exchange policy allows only size exchanges.

Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift voucher.

How do I exchange products from Wearsome and can I exchange it from my location?

Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes. Please note the following salient points -

  1. We will pick up the exchange within 2-5 business days from the requested placement date.
  2. Please keep the exchange shipment ready and ensure that the product(s) is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact.

I returned my order and opted to get store credits. How do I apply them? 

Once you return a product to us, we will provide you with a credit voucher(minus any shipping). You can use your credit voucher on future orders at Wearsome website.

At the time of your next purchase, please sign in with your registered email ID and utilize your credit voucher in the apply coupon section. The total amount to be paid by you will be calculated after deducting the credits voucher discount.

Please note, a credit voucher cannot be used to cover shipping charges. 

How do I raise a second exchange for my exchanged order?

    IMPORTANT!!! We do not have a second exchange policy. However, if you still want to initiate the exchange, an amount of Rs 250 will be charged for the second exchange.

    Also, note the exchange request can be raised only once for one order. Hence please try and check the products carefully you have received in one order before initiating the exchange as we do not provide multiple exchanges for the same order.

    Why did the pick-up of product fail?

    We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. Please note that the availability of a reverse pickup service depends on the service coverage in your area based on the pincode.

    What is the validity of the credit voucher?

    Your credit voucher will be valid for 3 months. Once it’s expired it cannot be redeemed again.
